Nasal H1N1/ swine flu vaccine?

Take a couple of Tylenol and lie down for awhile with a nice warm wash cloth across the bridge of your nose. The Tylenol should do the trick. With the nasal vaccine you may experience some mild flu symptoms for a day or two anyway. Should you, treat it the same way you would the flu, just rest, drink plenty of fluids and treat the discomfort with Tylenol or your favorite pain reliever. It will ease up soon.
