Question About Being An Air Force PJ?

I am looking into joining the USAF as a PJ. I want to know if I can get this job and go straight to reserves or do I have to be active duty then go reserves? I also wanted to know if anybody knows whats the hardest school in the pipeline besides Pararescue Indoctrination.
