I need a loan for school and have no co-signer or credit. What do i do? Please help me figure this out!?

I am trying to get into court reporting school and I have already been declined of a loan because of no credit and I do not have a co signer. My parents won't fill out the FASFA so i am SOL. Do you know somewhere or someone who tend to young adults who need to build their credit with out co-signers and such! Please Help I wanna go to school!!!
