Ths is especially for sensei scandal?
Sensei, you have answered quite a lot of my questions concerning Goju Ryu, so here is one more. In a book on karate I read that whereas in other Forms of Karate, if a tournament is held the kata and all other means of movements and stances play part. So why is it that Mas Oyama taught Kyokushin using this rule but then introduced something different for the Knockdown Karate he made? I have heard that uptill his death Kyokushin fights used the self defense techniques he used, so why now have his 'loyal followers' introduced kickboxing and thai boxing techniques in Kyokushin? Does this mean that in the future Kyokushin will be merged with some other style of sport fighting. I am taking up Goju Ryu in 2 weeks time and have questions about it.
