“Collective Bargaining Agreement” name is redundant, right?

I see what your getting at, but the term is correct and not really redundant. You are comparing the words bargaining and agreement but they are not tied together in that way. Rather, the words "Collective" and "Bargaining" are the ones tied together. To put it another way, it is an agreement formed by the use of collective bargaining. Collective bargaining, as you probably know, is when a group of people negotiate and approve an agreement together as one through represantives, instead of individually.
