My mom sells makeup but won't let me wear any?

I'm 14 years old and have clear skin, but I have dark circles under my eyes. It's a hereditary thing and it's usually hidden by my gles and I recently decided to wear contacts, but my mom denies that I have dark circles under my eyes even though its pretty obvious. All I ask her for is a little bottle of concealer that's even good for the skin and specially designed for the dark circles under my eyes but she won't listen to me when I tell her I'm not even going to wear it every day(which I'm not). The makeup isn't even expensive at all. What do I do? Any advice?
