Intel GMA X4500 Graphics chipset?

I am not a gamer but I do need a video chip that can handle full HD videos movies online. Will the Intel GMA X4500 Graphics chip set work? With computer I have now I use GeForce 6150 SE. I can only watch HD video at 720.I have one gig of RAM though. The computer I am buying has 4 gigs. I am confused about what matters more.
