How do i tell if my friend likes me?

ok i'm in a pretty weird situation. a couple of months ago me and this girl met at a party. we were drinking and we ended up making out for a while. i talked to her a couple of days after the party and she seemed pretty cool about the whole thing. we started talking but it never really seemed like she was "into me" or looking for a relationship. we began just talking as friends everyday until eventually that kinda died off and we seldom talked to eachother. recently however she has been talking to me a lot and she has wanted to hang out on the weekends. we've been partying on the weekend, but just as friends, and have been hanging out during the week. still though it seems that she only likes me as a friend. it would be great if it were more but i'm not sure how to tell if she just wants to be friends or if she is just waiting for me to make the first move. thanx
