Did I have Swine Flu and if so, am I over it?

I'm not really sure. For two days, I had a high fever, dry sore throat, stuffy and runny nose, plugged up ears, headaches, wasn't hungry, and either chills or being hot. I looked up the symptoms and these were part of them but I didn't have diarrhea or vomiting. I already had the regular flu so I know that it wasn't that. Today, I woke up with sweating and my fever was gone and now I just have a dry sore throat and a mild cough. Does that mean that I'm just about over whatever I had?
