Did Bush ban ANYONE from the US for life over a personal insult?

NO he didn't but he was a real president with cl, dignity, integrity and he was "presidential"...NO ONE is allowed to dis the great Obamanation. Obama is a pissy, arrogant, temper tantrum throwing, childish, petty, bag of hot air. NO cl and very UN-PRESIDENTIAL!!!! Obama is a disgrace and an embarraasment to this country and its citizens.
